报告内容简介：

Tutte proved that every 4-connected planar graph is hamiltonian, or equivalently, every 4-connected graph with no $K_{3,3}$ minor. Ding and Marshall asked whether this extends to graphs with no $K_{3,4}$ minor, and also posed the problem of characterizing minor-minimal 3-connected non-hamiltonian graphs. We recently resolved these problems using classical tools. In this talk, we review the background and outline the proof.

报告人简介：

卢安晞，同济大学数学科学学院特聘研究员，毕业于德国伊尔梅瑙工业大学。主要研究方向为结构图论，在 J. Combin. Theory Ser. B、European J. Combin. 等期刊发表了十余篇论文。曾获得中国博士后科学基金及日本学术振兴会博士后科研基金。
