In this talk, we introduce the dispersive decay estimates for the three-scale singular limits of the rotating stratified Boussinesq equations. Because the phase functions of the propagators in these limits are both singular and degenerate, obtaining the estimates requires novel techniques involving cutting phase-space shells into several pieces and using different methods in each region. Using the decay estimates, we study both the stratification-dominant and the rotation-dominant limits for the Cauchy problems to the inviscid Boussinesq equations.

穆鹏程,安徽大学数学科学学院副教授,从事流体动力学偏微分方程奇异极限理论与适定性理论研究,在J. Math. Pures. Appl、J. Differ. Equ等国际著名学术期刊发表论文10篇,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目与安徽省自然科学基金青年项目各一项。
